We accept credit card and instant EFT payments via PayFast as well as payment via direct deposit. Orders are processed once the money is received.
Your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders placed after 5pm on a Friday or before a public holiday will be processed for shipping on the next business day.
We currently ship to South Africa via courier only. Shipping is charged at a flat rate.
We will not refund the cost of your order in the event that your package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours, provided that your order has not already shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
